ARTIST SUBMISSION FOR FLAVOR FEST 2008 HAS ENDED!

WE WILL BE TAKING SUBMISSIONS FOR 2009 STARTING JANUARY 1ST, 2009

Please mail in a package with the following details by June 1st, 2009 (no later than that date):

1. You first MUST register for the conference (click here if you didn't already). We want to know that your heart is about coming to learn and be equipped before it's about just performing. The first year of the Fest we didn't make registration a must with artists...and we learned a tough lesson. Several of the artists that we put on the flyers and website - didn't even show up. You're registration also shows us your commitment. - *There is no extra cost to perform - just regular registration like everyone else.

2. Bio & Picture of yourself and or your group -

3. Music sampler (at least a 5 song ep)... full albums are nice too :)

4. Brief statement on why you would like to be apart of Fla.vor Fest 2009

5. A letter of reference from your pastor from the church you attend and serve at. (very important!)

6. 2 letters of reference from places you have ministered at in the past.

7. If you register on line - PRINT OUT A COPY of your registration payment so we can match it up and put that in with your submission packet.

*YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF YOU DON'T REGISTER. PLEASE DON'T SEND MATERIAL IF YOU ARE NOT REGISTERING. * As we get many submissions it is obviously not possible for us to accomodate everyone. Please don't take it personal. Several artists that were not chosen in the past expressed their joy of still being a part of the entire conference and learning and building new relationships as God did new things in their hearts. Our planning team prayerfully considers all the submissions during several long meetings in early June. If you are chosen to participate in the concerts you will be contacted by email and mail with an artist agreement form later in June. If you are chosen there is no extra cost and you will recieve a FREE vendors booth the night of your performance. If you want one for the other night you can purchase it from our vendors page.

Fla.vor Fest, Fla.vor Alliance & Crossover Church has taken alot of effort on presenting ourselves in excellence in all that we do... from sermons, to music, to art. Please keep this in mind while submitting to Fla.vor Fest 2009.
