ON-LINE REGISTRATION HAS ENDED

The total registration cost is as follows (per person)
$79 – Early Registration until June 1st - artist(s) submissions ends on June 1st
$89 – Summer Registration until August 30th
$99 – Fall Registration from August 31st until Midnight of Oct. 31st
$109 – Walk-Up registration Only...

Conference registration cost includes our annual “Fla.vor Fest Resource Bag”. Last year’s bag included over $75 worth of products and resources. The bag will include the official Fla.vor Fest 2008 T-shirt, the new 100 page S.O.U.L Magazine, several CD’s, DVD’s, posters, flyers, stickers, and lots of other resource goodies from various companies. The registration cost also includes a registration lanyard to get into all the workshop sessions and the evening concerts (which are $10 per person each night for the general public). Registration also includes lunch on both Friday and Saturday on the Crossover Campus.

FLA.VOR FEST CANCELLATION POLICY:
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ON CANCELLATIONS OR NO SHOWS. YOU CAN TRANSFER YOUR REGISTRATION TO ANOTHER PERSON BY CONTACTING US VIA EMAIL. ONE REGISTRATION CANNOT BE SPLIT BETWEEN TWO PEOPLE. FLA.VOR FEST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE SPEAKERS, ARTISTS, OR SESSIONS DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND AND YOU DON'T TRANSFER IT TO ANOTHER PERSON - YOUR REGISTRATION PACKET WILL BE MAILED TO YOU 2 WEEKS AFTER THE FEST.
